Sorrell Tiles

Working closely with Cut-Laser-Cut in Vauxhall, we tweaked and tuned their lasers to cut through only the glaze of the tile and no more! The result is subtle, to say the least, but when caught in the right light, it produces a beautiful matt/gloss contrast.

Commissioned by artist Richard Sorrell, we took his party-scene sketches and made an unobtrusive frieze around a kitchen work surface.
